any expience with blue comb?

anybody have any expience with this?
i posted a topic about a sick roo, but after today and going throu the symtyms were about 100% thats what he has,
how common is blue comb and should we cull him ?

and is it more commom for differnt breeds or isolated to birds with certain combs?
