I say you are correct with the first 4. 5 looks like a girl, no significant wattle development. 7-10 look like girl to me. The two brahmas have a larger comb, but I think its very pale and I'm not seeing wattles popping out like a 10 week old should. I'd say you got pretty lucky!
The chest bumping/play fighting/sparing practice isn't a sex specific trait at all. Its a chicken trait in general. They are establishing dominance and their place in the pecking order. Your two Brahma crosses look like cockerels to me.
Thank you for the behavioral info! Its greatly appreciated! These babies are much more lively than our hens. We actually bought our hens all as “adults” so this is our first experience with the littles!
