1 Cup corn meal
1/2 Cup flour
seasoned salt to taste
pepper
Towel dry the fish, add above ingredients to gallon ziploc bag, add some fish pieces, zip and shake. Fry fish in enough oil that it covers the entire piece of fish.

Mix all until a little thicker than pancake batter. Drop by teaspoonful into hot grease, remove when brown.
