Any Good Way To Clean A Chick?

My week and a half old RIR is getting over (knock on wood) a case of Wry Neck. I managed to spill vitamin e oil on her front and neck and now it obviously is bothering her but she can't reach the area to clean it. I know you aren't supposed to bathe chickens but does anyone know a good way to clean a chick? I thought about a sand bath but I'm not sure it would be effective enough. Other people suggested baby shampoo but I'm not sure how to get her wet and soapy without making her totally upset. I have her segregated from the rest of the chicks but I'd like to put her back as soon as I can. But with the way she looks right now, however, I'm afraid she wouldn't last long. Any ideas?

Bathing chickens is done all the time - just ask all the folks on here who show their birds! Here is a link to a thread with all the information you might need. Thank you! My sister and I bathed the chick this afternoon using baby shampoo and a hair dryer on low. I won't say she enjoyed it but she is now fluffy and clean.
