Any guess on gender of this blue cochin bantam baby?

I've got 4 bantam cochin chicks, about 6 weeks old. I'm positive that three are cockerels, but I'm on the fence about the fourth. I'm thinking it's a pullet, but she's got quite a bit of red in her tiny comb and wattles. They're not anywhere near as large as the other 3 babies' comb/wattles, but the color is about the same.

I was so hoping for splash pullets out of this hatching, but luck was not on my side. Hopefully one of the 3 eggs under my broody will be a splash girlie...

So what do you think about the blue? Obviously the splash is a male.

Yeah, I think it might just be a slower to develop roo. What a kind eye it has - looks like a real sweet chick.
 
I was just going through pictures of the parent birds at this age, and the pullets were still yellow on top. Nowhere near the red that this chick has. Their combs and wattles were about the same size, but not red. Dang. That means all four chicks have to find a home. Oh bother!
