Any guesses on breed and sex?

That is defiantly a cockerel.

Which hatchery did you order from? That would help me choose breed. He looks very similar to my Easter eggs roo, except he is missing the beard.

Edit: green legged partridge is something to google too. I’ve never seen them here in the U.S but I guess that depends on where you’re from and if they are common there.

He’s not a bantam and is actually the tallest and thinnest of the flock. I ordered from Murray McMurray. I thought he looked almost like a Welsummer but his legs and ears look different.

He looks like a game fowl of some kind to me? Maybe Black Breasted Red Old English Game with not the best coloring? Games aren't really my area, but I love them.

I agree with the others...100% male.

At first I wondered game, however, his wing drape isn't quite right, and he doesn't stand quite tall enough, at least at the angle in the photo. He just doesn't look "gamey" enough, perhaps just lanky teen. I was thinking Old English Game, possibly the black breasted red, or wheaten for coloring to tip the scales, but then, his leg color is wrong.

Wracking my brain for where I've seen that coloring in leg and body before on a rooster, with that body type, I came upon Penedesenca.

While his comb doesn't come into to parting lobes at the back (yet), (they have a single comb that at the end has two little horns at the very tip at the crown) the leg color is right, and he really has the right coloring for, I think, the wheaten male. You can see the developing white ear lobe. Comb may develop with time or remain completely single without the little tiny "horn" at the crown since hatchery type.

Body type is right as well. Not quite as upright as a game, but still "Mediterranean."

My guess is you may have gotten a Penedesenca. (Lord, I hate trying to spell that chicken breed...OEG is so much simpler)
