Any guesses on breed?

I wasn't able to get the best pictures. They are about 6ish months old. Any guesses on the rooster and black pullet?

He's white though? Not totally white but mostly...
She's clean legged, also pretty small compared to the rest around the same age

Color of the bottom of her feet? I'd guess Australorp then.

Male red sex links are silver. Females are red, males are silver/white. Thus, sex links.

Probably an Australorp or Jersey Giant. What color are the bottoms of her feet?

I believe they're black, her face is mostly black and a very small comb

That's so interesting, I read that before and looked up pictures but couldn't find any that resembles him. I figured some mix of a little bit of everything but he was from a feed store (unmarked breed)

I agree that your rooster is possibly a red sex link. I'm not sure about the black one though.

agreed, on above... the pullet could be either a BJG or an Australorp depending on the color of the bottoms of the feet.
The rooster/cockerel is a red sex link.
The below pic shows the characteristics. Since a red sex link is a hybrid of two different breeds, just like a labradoodle, it can present more or less of those characteristics depending on how much it inherited from either. So, your cockerel has less red in the wing bars, but it is there. Along with the cream feathers.
