A neighbor of mine called the other day and said she had a young chicken in her tree and had been there all day long asked if i could come get it as ac h thought it had been chased up the tree and might be injured. So now i have this chicken but have no idea what kind she is. No injuries eating and drinking good. She’s quarantined in my extra coop and run for now.

If no one claims her, just keep her. You are smart to quarantine her though.
