Hi,
I ordered some chicks from My Pet Chicken. 5 of them were from the Clean Legged Bantam assortment. (Minus the one that died). 3 of those chicks turned out to be Easter Eggers, but one is not looking like it. According to their guarantee, if I ordered at least 5 bantams (which I did), they would include at least 3 different breeds. So, I figured if 3 are EEs, and one was a barred rock (why did I have to loose her?), this one must be a different breed, if they are true to their guarantee. Here is what comes in the assortment: (all bantams)
Sebrights (GL and SL), Barred Rock, Quali Antwerp, Russian Orloff (white and Spangled), Easter Egger, Welsummer, White Wyandottes, and WCB Polish.
I thought she was an EE, but her legs are yellow. I am guessing she may be an Orloff or a Welsummer. Anyone agree? Any other guesses?
This is an older pic of her from last week, she now is mostly darker brown.
So, any guesses?
