anyone signing "the egg song"?

I just saw this, haha. They all do! Mostly the barred rock, but the others all chime in at random when she starts and the rooster will get going too. It's hilarious.

It has been confirmed it's the barred rock that laid the egg pictured. I've turned into the egg police and was watching them the other morning, she went back to the coop for a while by herself and when she came out, sang her song, and sure enough another egg! Woohoo. Looks like everyone's starting to ramp up again after winter. We've had an egg a day since that one, and today two! We've got at least one other laying (I think it's the production red) her eggs are a bit smaller, one was broken and the one today was discolored. Assuming she's just getting back into the swing of things. Hooray for eggs!
