"Hen" is a pullet, but "Rooster" and "Eyeliner" are both cockerels.

The reddness of the comb and the patches of reddish brown on the wings, as well as the rather thick legs, make me say cockerel.

So... when do you need to get rid of cockerels? Do I just pick one to keep and Craig's list the rest? I wouldn't know the first thing about sticking some in the freezer...

Hen is your only, well, hen

If you want to keep a rooster, pick one and put an add for the rest. Around here you pretty much have to give them away. If you're not opposed to butchering, we have a nice meat bird section with lots of links to videos on butchering, etc.
