Do you want to know the sex? If so you can feather sex it. You have spread apart it's feathers and if it's straight it cockerel and if it's a mix of long feathers and short feathers it's a pullet.

That method only works in very specific crosses, never in purebreds. Even in those crosses it only works when they're very freshly hatched
