This is my first chicks, I had too many in there til a set up larger brooder. They liked to flap wings and run into each other. She doesn't holler when I pick her up or almost anytime but she will not walk on it. There is no cut, swelling i can see and doesn't seem deformed. She moves to back and forth but will not put on ground unless laying. What can I do? Will it just get better? I left the runt and a couple other chicks in there that didn't want to leave her. Any advice is welcome thanks. She also eats drinks and grooms like normal.

Make sure that she gets to food and water, and I would feed her mushy wet chickens feed and a small amount of cooked egg daily. You can try 1/4 tablet of super B complex vitamins daily, but a balanced chick feed is important. I agree that she may have a leg bone deformity. I’m not a vet though. Varus is where the legs bow out at the knee, and valgus is where they bow in at the knee. It can happen in one or both legs, and it is permanent. Some chicks may be able to get around if it affects just one leg. Sometimes the leg tendon can rupture in the leg with age. Here is a link that shows what varus and valgus look like:
