best guess from me is black is male and gold is female, but polish are notoriously difficult to sex before the males get their pointy feathers around 12 - 15 weeks.

My reasoning on it is the black one has it's wattles in and it's comb looks bigger than I'd expect from a girl at 10 weeks. The gold one I really can't tell at all, but it's comb and wattles look smaller and less colored.

I’m not convinced the polish is a pullet, mine looked like that and turned out to be a boy,

He had the Pom Pom, and then it started sprouting like your 1st picture.

This was him at 10 weeks

The one at the front. I could be wrong, but they do look similar.

My polish have always been hens with that kind of head feathers. Here's a similar-looking polish around the same age, he's a rooster and this is what he looks like now. I hope you have a hen!:fl

Here’s my Reggie, another one that turned out to be a boy, started off with the Pom Pom

So many variant’s, I guess you won’t know until it crows, or lays an egg. To be fair, I did have a polish who I thought was a cockerel, I would of put my life on it, until “he” got injured and I had to bring him inside…I couldn’t believe it when “he” laid an egg :gig
