Either way, from my experience, it is going to be quite difficult to tell a rooster from a hen at such a young age. Try and check it out at 16 weeks. Hens and Roosters generally look a lot alike until they begin maturing and their bodies start readying for egg laying/mating. Basically puberty. I am quite confident it's a hen, but just double check at 16 weeks.

That looks more like a rooster than a hen to me. It’s feet are pretty big and bulky, and the comb is already turning a little red. I’m pretty sure your chicken is a male.
