Any hope of starting to lay again?

So my speckeled Sussex pullet (born in March) started laying a few weeks ago, but since she started we had... some flock changes to say the least.
We have culled 2 cockerels and added 3 bantams (in a side coop, they have not fully integrated yet) we also had a 3rd cockerel in a temporary side coop for about a week, but he went crazy and got take for a long drive.

Anywho... now Scramble, the speckled Sussex is not laying. Is there anything I can try to encourage her to start again? I know the days are shortening so that can have some impact on egg production, but as this is her first winter I was hoping she would lay though.
We have one barred rock that is faithfully laying daily, but more eggs would be great!

My speckled Sussex have always been sporadic layers. I wouldn't expect much if yours are like mine.

Oh bummer! She is one of my favorites, but if they aren’t going to be good layers I won’t bother getting more speckled sussex next year.

Maybe others have had better luck with them, mine are bums.

My SS is 25 weeks old and is not even thinking about laying eggs! I should have named her Kim Kardeggshion! She sure is pretty but completely useless. Never the less, we do love her lots and call her our "special" girl.

Sussex are among the most productive DP breeds and very cold hardy.
Once the stressors settle down she should restart. You can kick start her by adding a light on a timer in the coop to come on an hour before dawn. Add an hour each week till you're at about 13 hours and I bet she is laying by then.

And please stop changing the neighbors chickens don’t like change and a new rooster near by could be stressing her out !

I added my ducks during the hens moulting , they weren’t laying anyways so I decided to stress them out

No new roosters we got rid of the weird one last weekend. We are not planning on changing anything else up for the foreseeable future.

Maybe hatching some chicks, but not until someone goes broody.
