any idea as to her breed?

When she was younger I asked if anyone knew what she was. Now that she is older do you all have any ideas? she has a single comb red earlobes and pink legs white with black at her neck and on the tail she is about 15- 16 weeks old

Dont Delawares have yellow legs? The lady I got her from said she didnt know what she was just got eggs from someone and hatched them. So probably a mix. I always wondered if delaware or maybe white rock mix? The legs are what throws me. They have always been pink and she was about 15 days old when I got her.

Yep, hence: "poor quality".

Skin and shank color is part of the breed standard, not all birds will meet it.

Rocks should also have yellow shanks. Should being the important word there.

Is the black on her barred or solid?

Though poor quality birds from hatcheries may be far from the standards, they usually aren't that far.
