Any idea on breed or just a mix?

Aren't the 5th toe and feathered legs dominant, or do I have some bad info? I hatched several Faverolles mixes last month and all had the 5th toe and feathered legs. I'm doubting this guy would be a Faverolles without those features. Maybe a 2nd generation EE with those puffy cheeks and yellow legs?
