Is the first photo him as a chick? Or are you asking about the grown rooster? Cause they are two different birds.

I don't want to believe he is a Cochin, but nothing says he isn't (to me). Do you know where you got him from?

He ended up on my property. Got dumped probably. Looks like black maran to me

Someone dumped him. He showed up
