Any idea on minimum temps for winter conditions?

Klorinth, I bought fertilized Partridge Chantecler eggs from Yvonne & Jim Hillsden. They are located in Kamloops, BC, here is their website:

My guys are all doing very well with the low temps. They have a completely covered (roof and all sides) area beneath their ark with 6-8" of pine shavings where they happily scratch about. They spend the majority of their time there and go up and down at their will before I securely lock them in each night. They also have another run connected to that one which is covered, but open on the sides. This run area has some snow and a few dirt patches which they are happy to muck about in as well.

I have been leaving a red (40W) flourescent light on during the night during our very cold spells. The coop is insulated. I don't keep the light on for egg production, just for heat.
