Any idea on sex and breed?

So I got this baby (from an egg)at our local farm. And we have no idea what she/he is. I’m thinking black sex link or a barred rock? Also wondering if to early to tell if female or male. At 2 days the way her feathers pinned it looked like a female but just wondering what the experts say here. She/he is al ost 3 weeks. Thanks in advance

Breed looks to be a wellsummer, not sure on gender.
EDIT: the feathering looked like a wellsummer, after looking at pics it is not a wellsummer

Its a Black Sexlink pullet. Looks nothing like a Welsummer chick

I dont think it is a black sex link because it would be barred because of the white headspot

If that's a black sex link it would be barred and male based on the head spot, so yeah I'm with @BarnhartChickens98 on that part
