She was supposed to be one of four Barred Rocks, but obviously isn’t. Got it from Hoover Hatchery. None of their pictures match!

When the pics don't match I usually assume an easter egger of some sort. Her color is interesting--maybe some sort of silver birchen?
Often, but not always. They get the muffs from Araucana lineage, but EEs can also be made using legbars, and if it's a multigeneration cross the muff can be lost. For ex, my parents have a hen that's an EE (she lays a light green egg) but she doesn't have muffs (here's a pic from when she was younger)

That said, EE really is just a guess since nothing at Hoover seems to match her otherwise.
