Any idea what breed these chicks are?

Those are quite clearly pink & grey trotters.
I don't know what other breeds it's likely to be though. Leghorns can have rose combs, but I don't see Leghorn. RIR can have rose combs, but they aren't RIR.
I have to say I'm terrible with blue breeds especially.

I saw one with yellow/ orange clompers!

I probably won't use that phrase with the chickens in earshot.

It's certainly possible for the flappers to change colour, but I wouldn't expect that much. Kinda hard to see, but my boy had yellow feet from the word go.

I also don't see what else they could be.

Buckeyes also have rose comb but I have only owned the red version I liked them because the combs don't freeze as easy as the regular comb. That place that TSC uses has a lot of weird different breeds they make up as they go .

Buckeyes have pea combs, and the only colour variation is...well, Buckeye.
I do like their combs. We don't have a problem with frostbite here, but they definitely suit Buckeyes.
