Any idea what breed?

I've been looking around for a Rhode Island red rooster for a while now and a local is selling this guy here. Is this a RIR cross or something else? He doesn't know what it is

Looks like a Rhode Island Red to me.

Looks like an Asian black but missing like 7 pounds. Pretty sure RIR don't have that black chest and back
