Any idea what kind?

These are my 4 day old chicks. When I got them at 1 day, they already had wingtip feathers...most are barred like in these images. Any idea what kind of chicks these are? The colors are kind of buff and black...definitely not white.

Thanks! It said "golden comets" on the box, but I think the roos for that breed are white, aren't they? Wanna see them in action?

Mebbe--but aren't the Golden Comet Roos supposed to be white?

Yup my first thought was Delawares. But if the box said Golden Comet -- than that might be what you have? Comets are a sex-linked by (I think) a White Rock mom and a New Hampshire dad? Males would hatch out white and females would hatch buff or red colored. Someone correct me if I am wrong -- I looked into getting Delawares and Sex-link so I'm going off the info I learned while surfing around BYC!!
