Any ideas what the mother of this chick could be?

I just hatched this chick in the incubator from a fertilized bantam egg found in my coop. I know the dad is likely my white Silkie rooster. I'm not sure who the mom is. Some ideas are my Opal Legbar hen or my Buff Laced Polish hen, Red Dorking Bantam hen, or Belgian D' Uccle hen.I'm leaning towards Opal Legbar being the one. My guess is that the mom has a pink beak and legs because this chick has black legs and half a black beak, but pink toes and beak tip. The chick has 5 toes on each foot and feathered legs. Any guesses would be appreciated.

Not sure if this will help, but when I was looking for the mother of one of my chicks, I made sure that I knew what color egg and general sized egg each hen would lay. If you remember what kind of egg each hen laid, you may be able to trace the egg back through that

Yes, that would solve it for me. Unfortunately, I haven't matched egg with each mother yet. Also, multiple chicks keep hatching at the same time in the middle of tge night, so I don't know which is from which egg.

Legbars lay large blue eggs, polish lay medium or large white eggs, so not those.

I didn’t know bantam dorkings existed, you must’ve gotten her from a breeder. They lay white eggs according to Google.

D’Uccle lay cream coloured eggs.

If the feathered legs aren’t sparse I would think it is d’Uccle.

I know what color eggs they lay. 4 of my chicks hatched while I was gone for the day, and since I didn't see them hatch, I don't know which chick came from which egg.
