Any idea what these 2 are?

They are both bantams but I am not sure what breed or sex. They have feathered legs and are about 4 weeks old.

They look like bantam cochins. The black one might be a boy (if it is it will start sprouting wattles in the next week), and the red one looks like a girl. They are darling little things.
