I treated my hens for tapeworm a while back. They had worms that were moving in their poop. Did 2 treatments of equimax. Just saw this in their poop. Some poops are not as bad but this one is obviously infested. Looks like eggs? Any ideas?

Are those white things moving? With tapeworms, there are intermediate hosts, such as earthworms, snails, slugs, beetles, flies, and others. Droppings also contain tapeworm segments and the tiny microscopic eggs. Part of treatment includes medicating twice at 14 day intervals, but also removing droppings and the intermediate hosts. Could the white particles be something other than tapes?

It keeps messing up when I hit reply but they are not moving. They look kind of like sesame seeds but white. Not sure what else they could be. They get their al flock feed and occasionally some scratch.

Oh my gosh,I just remembered they were pecking at a foam cooler while I let them free range today. I was setting up my greenhouse so didn't notice right away. Could that possibly be it?

Yes, styrofoam pieces. Not tapeworm segments.
