Any Idea what this is?!?!?

I don’t really know. Usually meat or blood spots are common findings, and are safe to eat. Can you cut that object open and take another picture? @Wyorp Rock or @azygous, have you seen this in an egg? I have not heard of lash material inside an egg, but others may have an idea.
I threw it away immediately. Needless to say I was pretty grossed out.

Lash material, one of your birds has a reproductive infection
Is there anything I can or should do? I have 30 hens so I am not sure I will be able to identify which one has the issue if they aren't showing signs. I do know it's one of my oliver eggers because of the color of shell it came from.

It is most likely a large meat spot, larger than average for sure. That is a piece of tissue from somewhere in the reproductive system. What the tissue is, we can't know. It could even have come from an ovarian follicle. It doesn't look like lash material that I have seen (and I've seen a fair amount), and I've never found any inside an egg (doesn't mean it couldn't potentially happen). But without knowing the texture, and seeing what it looked like inside, cannot say for sure. Hopefully it is a one time thing. I would keep an eye on your hens, make sure no one is acting off at all, signs can be subtle. It may have just been a glitch, which can happen for unknown reasons, or it could be an indication of a brewing reproductive problem. Really all you can do is observe, and wait.

I searched articles on this site and found a helpful one. You can search for others yourself by going to the top of this page, clicking on "articles" and using the drop down menu for search. Here is one I found. Lash eggs can take on different appearances. They are caused by salpingitis. There are some good pictures and advice in the article:
