Any idea what's wrong

My chicken was normal in the morning and now shes always puffed up, and standing and not interacting with the others like normal, any idea, only thing duffrent I gave them since raw wisher fat grits but didnt look like they ate any. The one pic is normal others are her puffed up. Only yearnold too

How long has she been like that?
When is the last time she laid an egg?

I would feel inside the vent for an egg and check her crop to see if it's empty or not.

Yes my first thought was possibly egg bound. You will have to help her lay the egg if it's stuck.

Her crop looks very large, so I would feel of it to see if it is large and boggy. Reproductive disorders are so common in hens. Her wings are drooping, so she is very ill. Try to get some electrolyte into her by holding a little scoop up to her beak while she sits. Could she have overeaten the raw grits? I don’t think that should have hurt her, but it may just be a coincidence. Egg yolk peritonitis and ascites (water belly) are very common. If she has not been laying eggs that might be a problem.
