To me it almost looks like a Naked Neck Turken. If not then it probably has something wrong. Can you post more pictures please? Also welcome to BYC!

It is a turkey, she was hatched by a friends turken.

Aw, it looks like it has some sort of infection , I’m hoping someone else can chime in. For now try to keep the discharge clean and the chick warm. I would give some electrolytes as well and a probiotic

Turkeys don't have straight combs.

That is a naked neck turken.
