Any ideas on breed and gender?

Hi a lot of new feathers now creamy white and brown, ive searched for similar photos but ive not seen any yet . any idea which breed or cross breeds this one is , also is it a boy or girl? thanks!

about 5 - 6 weeks i think.

Not sure on breed but it looks like a little rooster with all that red comb and wattle coming through.

I would say definitely a cockerel and he looks like a mix to me.
