If you're really attached to him you could find a vet to neuter him. He wouldn't crow. But you still may have to get rid of him.

Good luck finding a vet to do that surgery! It's not taught at vet school! One thing you could do is try the Suprelorin implant. But you must try it BEFORE he starts to crow. It is a form of chemical castration registered in dogs, but it also is used in birds to stop unwanted hormonal behaviour.
