Any ideas on taking down a tree house to use for a chicken coop?

I'm hoping that maybe someone on here has some brilliant ideas... Because I really could use your brains right now. I have a tree house that I could see becoming a pretty good chicken coop, but the only problem is that it is up too high. I don't want to have to climb up a rope ladder several times everyday, especially when it is pouring, snowing, or hailing. Plus, sometimes my mom or neighbor takes care of my chickens, and I can't put them through that. Does anyone have any ideas on how to lower it in one piece? Any pulley ideas?

Here are pictures of it:

I guess taking it down would depend on how it was put up in the tree. Pretty cool tree house. Would stairs to it be an option? But then again, I'm 59, I'd get tired of going up and down them all day. Sorry not much help. I think the chickens would love it.

We built the tree house into the trees, so we can't take it down the way we put it up. Thanks for your input :)
