I'm going to guess that your barred birds are mixed breed. Hot cocoa looks a lot like a picture I saw of a BR/buff orp cross, except of course if it was a BO cross there would be buff coloring. But I'm guessing that's a mix with whatever the white birds' parent is. Will be a really pretty bird (already is!).
