Any ideas on this chick

Got 5 eggs as silkie eggs and all 5 have hatched and this guy is definitely not a silkie.... any ideas.

Eggs was same size as a silkie egg
And was same white/cream colour
Chick is same size as a silkie chick

Could be a bantam cochin but there's a lot of yellow chicks out there. You might have to wait for it to feather in to know, unless someone smarter than me comes along.

Actually, I forgot cochins have feathered feet. Sorry I'm no help.

To me, it looks like some type of Old English Game bantam, possibly a cockerel. Very pretty!

Yes I'm thinking along those lines too...

It looked like he had a rosecomb at first but it was just squashed over and has just stood up in the last day or two..... didnt think i would be able to tell this soon if it was a rooster or not.... or maybe he could be a she???

Looks like an old english game, no idea what color. Definitely a cockerel... a pullet wouldn't have such a large, red comb at only 3 weeks old. His legs are also really thick, and pullets usually have thin legs.

I agree that he's an Old English Game Bantam cockerel. Could you ask the seller what varieties they have? I really do not know what variety he is. Almost fawn looking??
