ok i got this rooster from a friend. Does anyone know what kinds he is or what he might be mixed with ?

He's a Gamefowl...half Black Breasted Red( which could be any of the several BBR varieties) And half Grey (Silver Duckwing)

He is beautiful, he looks like my Silver Duckwing Bantam roosters, except they are a lot smaller.

I'd say a game cross of some sort, like fighting type, or since you are in Florida, there is a chance that it could be a key west chicken, but more than likely a game.
