I do not know about your first two, but your black one does not seem to be a Minorca. Minorcas do not have yellow pigment to their beaks.

The first beauty is an Easter Egger with Delaware behind her.

The black one is probably a black Leghorn.

I am pretty much with Illia but also think the cockerel could possibly be a White Faced Black Spanish. It takes up to two years to develop their full white face and their ear is a lot less prominent than a Leghorn. Leghorns also typically have bright yellow legs.

The "barring" is just the black showing up on each scale.

Yes, they can if from hatchery/poor quality stock. You have to consider - Even Barred Rocks are supposed to have solid yellow legs, yet most hatchery birds have gray legs with little bits of yellow.

The first is a nice mixed breed pullet. That coloration could come from many different breed combinations so it is difficult to say what is in the mix.

I think your black rooster in a Minorca.
