Help identifying this bird and condition

Here are some additional pics of her legs and body. She has always been a calm bird. I got her along with some cornish X mid April 5 1/2 months ago. Her CX coop mates have long since graduated and she has spent her summer in the chicken tractor with good exercise and daily forage. Here feet are totally normal. Lets have these mis-shapen boney portrusions. She seems to walk ok. but I havent seen her run. Her body seems to be undersized and not completely filled out fro a 22 week old bird.

Not sure if it makes sense to keep her. We have plenty of hens that lay regularily.

Did you read the artiicle on lymphoid leukosis referenced in post #10 of this thread? Or #9?
