Any ideas what these black spots are on base of turkey neck?

Does anybody know what these dark spots are on my turkey? This isn’t the start of black head is it? She’s acting normal. Eating drinking lots of energy and no runny stool.

It does not look like the start of blackhead. What it does look is like healing from being pecked/grabbed by another turkey.
