Oh, I would love it if it was a Barred Rock or an Australorp! I told DH I didn't want to get chicks from the feed store this time because I thought they would only have White Leghorns and RIR's again. (Not that I don't love the one's we have, I just wanted some variety.) I was so happy when they had some black ones.
All together we got 3 more RIR's, 2 of the black ones and a grey and black striped one that I just HAD to have. It was the only one like it in the bin.
