This hen was here on the farm when we bought the place she was a lone chicken. She had been on her own for at least 2 months. I found her in the barn after we had been here a week she was sitting on 16 eggs. Since no roo around I took them from her and she has laid an egg almost everyday since. Any idea what breed she might be? She is an awesome layer of large to extra large bown eggs. She will retire on the farm and never go to freezer camp.

Those are the same thing.

If she doesn't have any white or really light coloring on her, she's a Production Red. If she has such light/white coloring - She's a red sexlink.
