Have any of the pullets started to lay? How old are they?
I think that you said here that they are 4 months old?

Do you know the age of the ones you got from Jerry? Is the white silkied hen laying? Be careful making a list of people to sell eggs to if you are not getting any yet! Bad luck! lol Its like counting your chicks before they hatch! You may still have to wait a few months for the blacks to lay if they are that young.
I would put your best silkied roo in with the black pullets. They could stand to breed with his better type.
Get a scale and see how much your birds weigh. People may be interested in knowing if they are looking for true serama!
I would keep the other 2 silkied in a separate pen, so you can tell the eggs apart. Keep them marked and dated for your customers, so they can tell them apart in the event that they keep some kind of records!
Dont sell the first 5-10 eggs or so from each pullet. I find that after that you have better fertility, and you dont want to send people tiny blank pullet eggs.
If it were me, Id even do a test hatching from each pair or trio, to prove they are fertile.
Serama hens can be very fickle about laying. I have some that start to lay and do nearly all the time, and some that give me eggs just every so often. You might start out seeing how they lay before you offer 12 eggs from 3 birds. It might take a while if they are more on the fickle side. I suggest an auction for what you have, after you maybe use the advise from above. Then wait to see what kind of hatch they have.
Read alot about shipping eggs on here! You want them to be safe and serama eggs are tiny. Id add oyster shell to their rations so that it might help the eggshells!
Id even hatch out a batch of chicks from each pen and keep them marked. You can get more hens for your project this way, and you can show what your breeders can produce!
Best of luck!
Thank you for all the advice. I'm gonna do a test hatch or two before i even sell them to anyone. The silkied pullet should start laying any day now. Also, I'm am gonna send test eggs for just the shipping prices to the first couple people on the list.
. I don't want to have bad customers so i'm not in a rush, just curious how many people aand i will get back to them when they start laying
