Mod names should be in BOLD or something in the "ONLINE NOW" list.....

I would go ahead and report it. I run another site, and any mod that comes on is flagged ASAP when a thread is reported. It is a lot easier for them to see what post it is, if it is flagged, and you can write a little explanation about why you reported the post, etc.
