I think the issue was addressed, but I wanted to comment on this thread:

If anybody ever needs quick help from a staff member please hit the "report" button on a post and add as much detail about the issue as possible.

We've got mods all over this continent and have pretty good time zone coverage. Reporting something sends a note to the entire staff so the first one available can address it.

If, for some reason you need a specific moderator... PM them and you'll need to wait for them to get to it... but I'd always suggest members use the "report" feature for the quickest help possible.

In the future we may add a way to bold the moderators in the "online list" on the front page of the forum, but until then, report problems and we'll take care of it.
