Any of these breeds broody?

Brahmas commonly go broody. Leghorns rarely go broody. I'm not sure about Amber-links and Olive eggers because they are crosses.
Keep in mind that different birds have different personalities, so there is a possibility of none of your birds going broody or quite of few of them going broody.

None of the Leghorns, Amber-links, and Large Fowl Brahmas I've had have gone broody. I do have a bantam Brahma who is broody though.

Wait you have Amber-Links?
I had Amber-links. They were good layers when I had them and decent birds, but after I learned more about different chicken breeds, I decided I wanted true breeds, not crosses. Amber-links sex-linked crosses between a Rhode Island Red rooster and a White Plymouth Rock hen.

I've had some EE's go broody and some that don't. Kinda depends on the individual. You may just have to wait and see what they decide to do.
