Any one here tell me what kind of chickens these are

They look like Easter Eggers. But check the chicks skin and feathers for lice. The 2nd picture shows potential lice infestation. If it is the case. Wash the chicks feather and skin with warm soapy water and rinse well with warm water or use permethrin spray for chickens. You will need to sanitize there living area.
