Hey y'all ! I just processed my first chickens this week, 3 Cornish cross that I got at tractor supply this spring and a really mean 4 year old barred rock. I don't know about taste, but I was unimpressed with the nature of the cornishx. Plus they were already having problems with the heat and it's still spring here in Alabama! I found a local hatchery that carries "duel purpose" birds. Was curious if anyone has ever purchased or has any experience with them:
