Thanks so much! I haven't done meat birds yet, as my wife isn't a huge fan of meat on the bone, but might try it next year.

I found it very rewarding! But I would not do 40 chickens next time, even with equipment and quite a bit of help (albeit inexperienced help) it was probably 12 hours of work to get them fully processed.
