I too have my very own "fly by night club". When I was looking into getting chickens I called the township and they said that according to the codes I would need 20 acres for "livestock" (I have a little over 2 acres). Then the nice man told me about a dozen times that if no one complains he's not coming to my house. I simply called the neighbors and ran it by them. Everyone said OK. Now we have six 10 week old girls.
